Central Oregon Community College’s Culinary Institute is again offering five-course luncheons from noon to 1 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays in Grandview Student Center on the Bend campus starting September 26.
The meals are prepared by Cascade Culinary Institute students under the supervision of Julian Darwin, director of the Institute. COCC’s Cascade Culinary Institute offers a four-term certificate program that prepares students for positions as prep cooks, line cooks and, in some cases, chef’s assistants.
