Corvallis Police responded to the 200 block of NW 15th Street after the neighbor found the 22-caliber bullet holes, and following an investigation arrested the men, identified as Anton T. Maxwell, 22; Jorge L. Reyes, 20; and John A. Wallace, 21.
The men were charged with unlawful use of a weapon, a Class C felony; and second-degree criminal mischief, a Class A misdemeanor, police reported.
Two of the bullets struck the neighbor’s vehicle – one shattered a window, went through the interior and damaged the windshield; another struck the door, police said.
The bullet that went through a bedroom window passed through a coat hanging on the wall, then struck another wall.
“No one was in the vehicle or victim’s bedroom at the time of the incident,” police said, but “a roommate was in an upstairs bedroom”.
No injuries were reported.
