ISLAMABAD, Pakistan -- The Pakistani government said it arrested two more suspects in the investigation into the assassination of former Pakistani Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto.
Parliamentary elections, due now on Feb. 18, were postponed after Bhutto was killed Dec. 27 in a suicide attack on a political rally in Rawalpindi.
No one claimed responsibility for the attack but Pakistani officials blame militants linked to Baitullah Mehsud, a tribal militant leader with connections to the Taliban movement, the Financial Times said. A third suspect was arrested last month.
A Scotland Yard report Friday said Bhutto died of a head injury that followed a bomb blast and not from a bullet.
