PANAMA CITY, Panama -- An Argentine photographer kidnapped in Panama City ahead of the Organization of American States General Assembly was freed, La Prensa reported Monday.
Fernando Calzada had been held 24 hours by unknown captors, Panamanian police said.
Calzada was supposedly in the Panamanian capital to cover the OAS General Assembly though he was not credentialed for the three-day meetings of foreign ministers and U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice.
