SARAJEVO, Bosnia-Herzegovina -- Bosnian prosecutors have filed charges against a former Bosnian Muslim soldier for alleged war crimes in 1995.
Suad Kapic, nicknamed Hodza, is accused of killing four prisoners of war who were members of Bosnian Serb forces in the village Dabar in northwestern Bosnia-Herzegovina, Serbia’s RTS radio-television reported Thursday.
Kapic was a soldier in the Bosnian Muslim armed forces during the 1992-95 ethnic wars against Bosnian Serbs and Bosnian Croats in the former Yugoslavia.
