This position is responsible for creating a positive culture in our Customer Service department through demonstrating the company’s vision and values; establishing, evaluating and maintaining department and individual goals; improving processes and workflow; providing team coaching and development; and working closely with other team leaders.
|Minimum Qualifications: |
1. Two years successful experience in related operations areas.
2. Sense of urgency to meet ongoing production deadlines.
3. Skill in problem solving.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Proficiency with personal computers as a work tool.
6. Outstanding interpersonal skills
