- I find it difficult to have any sympathy for these guys considering that the empoyees cabin is always occupied and easay to locate on the property. I can understand breaking into one building to survive, but why would someone have to break into both a cabin and the lodge? Fireman, cop, doctor, lawyer, whatever....these guys were up to no good and got caught. Simple as that.

- About five years ago my son was up a paulina lake in the snow with friends and had broke in lodge to survive .Same thing they did everything to string my son up.He got in alot of trouble over all that.Crminal trespass is really over the top .

- It seems as though James was trespassing only in order to call 911 for his missing friend. Guilty of DUI on a snow mobile... probably. Guilty of 2nd degree criminal trespass... now that's a stretch. I would hope my buddies would do whatever possible to find me if I were lost in the snow!
