  • For are ole buddy Chertoff here not being a politician, he sure has a smooth tongue on this fence issue. Chertoff's stance on the fence and the hiring of so many new Border Patrol agents to join the already swollen ranks of those do nothings but collect a check for playing the game, is of course politically driven! What a liar. If the poor ole American taxpayer ever sits down and figures up what this farce of '' Home Land Security '' by way of the Border Patrol is costing them (and for no results) they would probably break down in tears. At a time when housing foreclosures are going through the roof, and gasoline to get to and from the work to support all of this nonsense is over $3.00 per gallon,Chertoff and crew want to build yet more fence at $15,000 dollars per foot, and to hire yet more Border Patrol (at an average pay of $75,000 per year) than the already 20,000 which we have out here not doing a damn thing! And you know what? None of this crap has a damn thing to do with addressing Illegal Immigration, narcotic nor terrorists! Where will it end? When will it end? John
