- I was struggling to sell my property for a long time, that is over a year! In the end went with one of those 'fast sale' companies. Sure you have to give a big, and I mean big, discount (20%) on your home but in the end its worth it. It gets rid of your house and frees up cash, there are no estate agents fees and the good ones pay your solicitors fees. Most important is that it is a reliable sale -no chain break or being messed around by potential buyers.
