Evangelican Christians..... Are not the majority. The sooner we force them to understand that, the safer America will be. It is time to stop tiptoeing around people's archaic sensibilities and call a spade a spade: christianity is a mythology based on a sky-god modeled after zeus and we cannot afford to have American citizens walking around in a daze believing they can speak to this imaginary being and hear it talking back to them. Jesus can be studied as an important historical figure without attaching anything supernatural to his life. It's going to take generations for christianity to die because we can't control what people teach their children, but we can protect the public at large by enforcing the separation of church and state.
