Just one of many frivilous lawsuits filed by Californians each year. The Motorcycle Safety Foundation (MSF) has no basis for this legal action against OSU. They will lose, but Mr. Tim Buche will get his name in the papers again. That's what MSF is all about. I would assume that this is just another publicity stunt for Mr. Tim Buche and MSF.
