Stupid little punks. I hope everyone sue's their parents.

This is only a small section of the kinds of crimes that our city is being subjected to. My son's truck window was demolished along with others in our neighborhood last year. He was devastated, not only because that was a prize possession but because he did not have money for this kind of stuff. As we all know the deductible on insurance doesn't come close to damage so it was all out of pocket. Where are the parent's of these juvenile delinquents? Are they being charged? Why not a bulletin board announcement on a few obvious places (grocery stores, gas stations, sporting goods, etc) so folks can get a good look at these perps? It goes way beyond a little mischievous pranks....ream it to the parents and maybe they will pay attention to where their kids are. In European and Japanese communities, they don't have this problem, why do we? Because we pussy foot around it all and let them get away with these things with a slap on their hands....maybe we should institute cutting off their hands instead of a night a JD.
