Whatever Malcom In 2 years Bush will be gone Chavez however has done some legal maneuvering that makes him a Dick Tater for life. He will never voluntarily step down. And he a passed a law allowing him to rule by Presidential Decree as opposed to parliamentary style government

Chavez has been democratically elected to lead his country numerous times with approval of every single international election monitering body and without controversy. George W. Bush can make neither of those claims.
