How does Oregon address deadbeat dads who relocate to Oregon after lieing to the court about having a support order and getting away with it for 2 yrs.... My Ex just bought a home in Portland and is in process of relocating now... can't pay child support but buys a home out of state... Who can I contact in Oregon about this? Thanks
