My wife is 30 years old, and had your exact story starting from teh age of 9, she is now on a medication named Remicade which she takes every 9 weeks, she is normal as long as she takes it. Remicade is expensive, but at least it will get you back to work to cover the expenses and to your daily normal life. There is also a cure which we are thinking of going through when Remicade stops working, it is called "Stem Cell Therapy", research it.
