You want to get closer to God? Get yourself a Bible. You are all falling for the "great apostasy" or the falling away of the true faith. Yes folks, Jesus is coming back and he himself questioned whether or not there would be any true faith when he returned and I'm not talkin' mother Rome. Better get down with some serious prayer, not silencing your mind. Oh, and by the way, those little spirit beings you come into contact with while "contemplating", don't believe them when they tell you that you are God, or are one with God, or all is God. Just ask Eve. This is where the rubber hits the road. Take it to Lord Jesus. Ask if this is of him. He will give you discernment and truth, if that is what you want. Unless, your just looking for the next "high" of comtemplative, centering spirituality, or whatever they are calling it this week.
