- Thanks for settling it. I'll be cutting down the 5 trees that drop sap on my vehice and cover my deck with pitch and juniper berries post haste.
I think the other 13 on my mini 1/3 acres will be plenty.
Perhaps we should find out what property rights the councilors enjoy, then step on THOSE.

- Mr. Hummel defininitly needs a refresher on the Constitution. I would HOPE he has read it since he is an attorney. I agree with Lee and Paula, private property is just that. {total Grrrrr}
