the H-2B visa program is NOT about cheap wages. . .the prevailing wage in the area of employment must be offfered to Americans first, any h-2b allowed to come, can only come if the job has been offered to US citizens first. what are employers to do hold a gun to a US citizens head to get them to relocate to remote areas and take SEASONAL jobs? and as for Yosemite they are a UNION EMPLOYER so check your facts. . .if anyone is getting what you call low wages, then I guess the UNION has failed.
