Racism is simply a word used by the politically correct to blame and slander whites for problems that are inherent within nonwhites communities.
The problems blacks have had in America in the past were not due to discrimination against them, but rather their inability to discriminate against whites.
End the quota system and you would see a dramatic shrinkage in the black and chicano middle classes.
It isn't the fault of whites that all black and Chicano schools are low performing.
It isn't the fault of whites that black and Chicano crime rates are high.
It isn't the fault of whites that blacks and chicanos have a high welfare rate, and a high dropout rate in schools.
If America dropped the quota system -- the systematic and massive discrimination against whites because of the color of their skin -- the first to protest would be blacks and Chicanos.
