How much is a home worth when energy inflation is going up every year? How much will it cost to maintain a home when those energy costs get passed down to building materials? How affordable is a home when the owner is dealing with spending an unpredictable amount of their income on fuel costs to drive to and from it?
I think many homes may not be worth very much at all in light of those challenges.
