You cannot blame management when they are giving the public what they want. LOW COSTS at all costs!
If the public is only willing to pay the lowest costs available, then the service is going to be low.
SO the public can only blame it's thought of intitlement rights of low costs for the porr service!
You get what you pay for, so stop whining!
