- I agree. The DA returned all the so called evidence taken from our home including the video of my unborn child in my belly thank god. Did you know that you can be arrested on an allegation? All charges were based on an allegation and the DA dropped the sheriff's charges to one misdeamnor for a back touch! Yes this is all over a back touch! Wake up people this is now a crime so very sad!
