Name the worst movie that you have ever seen.
The worst movie for me is called "The Gods Must Be Crazy" They even made a part 2 of this movie. I have no idea why anyone would want to see a second part to this horrid movie. It is the most steaming pile of trash that any production company has ever belched out. Only 15 minutes into this 1 hour 30 mins. bore-fest, I wanted to shove a hot poker in my eye. Believe me, it would be better than to watch this asinine waste of time. The plot: a Bushman is selected by his tribe to get rid of an evil thing sent by the gods. The evil thing: a COKE BOTTLE!!! just awesome. It's a 1980 movie with a astounding cast of: N!Xau ; Marius Weyers, and Sandra Pinsloo. Now if that isn't an all-star cast. And that is how you spell the Bushman's name, with an exclaimation point. By the way, it took 10 years before the sequel was released. |

Good topic. I thought The Gods... was pretty bad but watchable in a train-wreck kind of way. Of course, at the end you've discovered that you're no better a person nor have you actually gained any enjoyment whatsoever.
My list of worst, off the top of my head, includes:
Jimmy the Kid (1982), Gary Coleman; I was 12 and walked out long before the end of this 85 minute hunk o' junk.
Little Shop of Horrors (1986), good cast; I'm not sure what it was, but this one just didn't click with me. It remains the only movie that drove me to fall asleep in the theater.
Leap of Faith (1992), good cast; not sure the connection between this one, Little Shop and Steve Martin - I usually like Steve Martin - but this one was bad. Really bad.
I like most movies. I can find something "good" about most movies. However, these three are at or near the bottom of my list. You might want to check out IMDB's bottom 100 list. |

| I agree about "The Gods Must Be Crazy." I was in my teens when it was released (ahem) and I remember that it was the darling of the art-movie crowd because it was "profound" and "insightful" in some obscure way. The guy with the ! in his name was supposed to be some sort of "discovery" that was supposed to leave his tribe and make it big in movies, or some other such nonsense. Wonder whatever happened to him? |

| ... I thought it was a great movie. It wasn't boring to watch because you had never seen something like it before, and at least for me it kept me entertained. Don't roast me for it.. |

Kill Bill? I can't believe you didn't love this movie. It was freaking awesome!! Well I guess we just have different tastes. Worst move for me must have been this movie called Wrong Turn, I forgot who was in it, but I think it was some hot chick, that's why we went to see it . |

When my sister and I were growing up, me, about 7 years old, her, 5, we'd hang out at my single dad's house and watch movies all the time. The funny thing is we'd watch the same ones over and over and over, knew them by heart and recited them at the dinner table and social outings. (yeah, we were dorks). I never thought the selection of our all time favorite movies was abnormal until recently i did have occasion to flip on the God's Must Be Crazy and yes, I promptly shut it back off in horror and ultimate boredom. However, I kid you not, this silent, bizarre, snorefest of a "movie" (only the original one, not the sequel, you can give me that at least) was my sister and my FAVORITE movie.
To this day I still question my dad endlessly about why in the world out of all the movies to watch he would show (over and over at that!) this awful movie to a five and seven year old! What was he thinking?
Nevertheless, we really did like it for some reason. Baffling... It really sucks. you guys couldnt be more correct in your colorful descriptions. _________________ LOVESONG

| Wrong Turn (The very first release) is one of my favorite movie but the 2nd one (Wrong Turn 2) is completely opposite. It's the worst movie I've ever seen. Looks more like a porn movie than a suspense/horror one. |

| I walked out of Rounders (a gambling movie with Matt Damon and Ed Norton), it was so horrible. I really didn't like Jeepers Creepers either - I fell asleep during this movie it was so boring to me. |
