I am going to try to plant more veggies this year. A question though- for a crop to really turn out good, is is necessary to use some sort of fertilizer? I didn't use any last year and the carrots turned out very poorly. The stems were bigger than the carrots! I want to do squash and some cucumbers, maybe other stuff. Still have wild garlic growing and think the green oinions will be there to. _________________ Rickless
