Where the hell are real estate prices coming down? Only the crappy areas. I check the listings in the Real estate section every Saturday and Sunday, and sure, these a**h*** realtors and agents have half the listing stating "reduced", but the prices still appear to be going up.
They sure as hell aren't reasonable by any stretch of the imagination. I mean, I'm looking for a HOUSE in a nice area for 350K, hell up to 400K if it's really nice and in a really nice area. But these listings are freaking ridiculous. Yeah i've found some listings that match up, but they are either garbage or in garbage locations!!!
