Qwest is the absolute worst communication company I have ever dealt with. It’s funny, too because when USWEST was bought by Qwest, I was thinking “Well no one can do a worse job servicing their customers than USWEST”. Well Qwest, you’ve gone and surpassed your predecessor and earned the Darwin Award for customer service.
