DO NOT USE T-MOBIL!!! ALL THEY DO IS LIE ABOUT THERE SERVICE...YOU CAN'T CALL OUT, DROPPED CALLS LIKE YOU CANNOT BELIEVE...MICKEY MOUSE PEOPLE WHO HANG UP ON YOU...IT'S A VERY , VERY SUB STANDARD SERVICE..YOU'LL GET NOTHING BUT LIES FROM THESE SALES PEOPLE FOR SURE..THEY'VE PUT ME IN 3 NEW PHONES AND ONE IS WORSE THAN THE OTHER....FINALLY I HAD A REP TELL ME THAT HE JUST CAME OVER FROM ANOTHER COMPANY AND THAT HE WAS GOING TO GO BACK..TOO MANY COMPLAINTS FROM EVERY NEW CLIENT..TAKE HEED!!! STAY AWAY FROM T-MOBIL THERE ARE MNAY SERVICES AND THEY ARE ALLLL BETTER THAN T-MOBIL... T-MOBIL DOESN'T EVEN RATE....

I've been with T-Mobile for years and haven't had any of those problems. I've taken my phone cross country and all around and the service has been fine. I'm sorry to hear that you're having so much trouble with them. When I need help I go to Earth Wireless on third and they've always treated me right.

T-mobile SUCKS! I didn't renew my service plan and ported my numbers to Verizon. T-mobile kept a 3rd number in service and now wanted over $300. They even turned me over to collections! The reps are rude, coverage is awful, and trying to resolve a problem is futile. Overall, the company is deceitful, not reputable, and I think it falsely advertises & abuses its clients.

tmobile and sprint are two of the worst cell phone providers in bend. Go alltel if your looking for reliable local service.
