I couldn't help but notice that the inflated prices of Bend area homes are coming down.
No, it's not a bubble deflating, but it's pretty obvious prices are dropping or adjusting down anywhere from $25,000 to $50,000, with many homes remaining on the market for a long time, some being on the market over a year or so.
And then throw in the large inventory of homes for sale, and prices will continue to drop, at least a little more.
It's the same almost everywhere now. Prices have leveled off, and have decreased in many regions.
It's cyclical, and eventually they'll climb upwards again, but don't look for that for at least 3 to 7 years out, maybe a bit longer.
