SALEM, Ore. -- Oregon Attorney General John Kroger is warning consumers about emails that claim to be from McDonald's asking customers to complete a survey and receive $150. The email claims to have selected a "special" few to take the Satisfaction Survey. It appears to be authentic because it includes the Golden Arches logo and Ronald McDonald dancing. SALEM, Ore. – The Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife this week announced an April 24, 2009 lottery to award two commercial sea urchin permits. The commercial sea urchin fishery in Oregon is limited to 30 permits. When the number of permits falls below 30, ODFW holds a lottery to bring the number back up to 30.  Two permits currently are available. In order to preserve quality mental health services to Deschutes County residents, the Department of Health Services will reduce hours of operation on Fridays, beginning March 6. BEND, Ore. -- The Deschutes County Road Department has announced the planned road closure of NW Helmholtz Road from NW Antler Road to Highway 126; scheduled for Tuesday, March 25, from 7:30 a.m. until 5 p.m. The closure will allow crews to replace a culvert.
