Jan. 27 Reports: Miles Albert Bagley, 19, was arrested for suspicion of DUII. (19480 Mammoth Dr.) Terrance Adams Ross, 62; Jess Francis Boysen, 30; and Michael Thorp Morris, 46; were arrested at 197 NE Third St.  Ross and Boysen was charged with disorder conduct, Morris with fourth-degree assault and disorderly conduct.  Victim was identified as Charles T.
