Jared Vanderhoff is the new Senior District Executive for the Crater Lake Council's Fremont District, Boy Scouts of America, which serves central Oregon. He comes to the district from the Oregon Trail Council, having held posts in Corvallis, Newport and Springfield. Deschutes National Forest motorists will not be able to cross Odell Creek on Forest Road 4660 between Odell and Davis Lakes while a bridge is constructed across Odell Creek.
