The Deschutes County Road Department has announced that on Wednesday, July 26 stop signs will be installed on Hamby Road at its intersection with Neff Road in Bend, Oregon. BEND•Deschutes National Forest visitors should avoid the popular Green Lakes Trail in the Three Sisters Wilderness Area July 24-28, while crews erect a new bridge over Fall Creek.
