A 15-year-old bicyclist struck and killed by a TriMet bus in Beaverton, Oregon Monday afternoon has been identified as Austin Miller, a student of the Arts and Communication High School. A 41-year old Albany woman was killed and her husband injured Monday evening when he lost control of his motorcycle on Highway 20 in Benton County and crashed, police reported.   An Albany woman, the passenger of her husband's Harley Davidson motorcycle, died in a crash on Highway 20 Monday evening. The Oregon State Medical Examiner completed an autopsy on an armed 31-year old Clackamas man with a history of mental health issues who was shot by a sheriff’s deputy Saturday during a confrontation when police were responding to a domestic disturbance “man with a gun” call. “Aaron Damien Ganon died as a result of two gunshot wounds to the head,” Dr. Larry Lewman stated. SALEM – The Oregon House of Representatives today passed a resolution urging Congress to fully restore timber payments to Oregon counties. HJM 100 passed the House 57-0. State Rep.
