FARGO, N.D. -- Cities in North Dakota and Minnesota prepared for the worst Thursday after officials learned the Red River was expected to crest higher than predicted. NEW YORK -- A teenager reportedly confessed Wednesday to stabbing New York City newsman George Weber to death in what was described as a sexual encounter gone bad.
