WASHINGTON -- Two U.S. Navy vessels collided Friday in the Strait of Hormuz near Iran, slightly injuring 15 sailors, the U.S. Fifth Fleet commander said. SACRAMENTO -- Sacramento will find shelter for as many as 150 homeless people who have been living in a tent city just north of the downtown area, officials say. WASHINGTON -- A new Web site for consumers seeking information about the U.S. federal mortgage modification and refinancing program began operating Thursday.
