SKOPJE, Macedonia -- Gjorge Ivanov, candidate of the ruling conservative VMRO-DPMNE-led coalition, won Macedonia's presidential election, officials said Monday. JAKARTA -- A moderate earthquake measuring 5.2 on the Richter scale shook Indonesia's East Nusa Tenggara province early Monday, officials said.
