WARSAW, Poland -- At least 50 workers were injured in a clash with Warsaw police during anti-government protests against job cuts, authorities said. TORONTO -- Canada's confirmed number of swine flu infections rose to 19 after the diagnoses of three Toronto-area women who returned from Mexico, health officials said. By province Thursday, there were seven cases in Ontario, six in British Columbia, four in Nova Scotia and two in Alberta, the Canadian Broadcasting Corp. reported. TORONTO -- Toronto police arrested 15 Tamil demonstrators outside the U.S. consulate in their fourth day of rallying for international help in Sri Lanka. BAKU, Azerbaijan -- At least one gunman opened fire at State Oil Academy in Azerbaijan Thursday, killing 13 people and wounding 11 others, a government official said.
