LONDON - British airports hope to use radio ID tags to track passengers, cut delays and possibly tighten security. Manchester airport has tested the system with 50,000 volunteers for six months, the Daily Telegraph reported. NEW DELHI - In a shocking report Monday, a government-sponsored survey in India said one out of two children in the country has suffered sexual abuse. LONDON - Britain's Ministry of Defense has put a ban on military personnel selling their stories to the media until the rules surrounding the issue are reviewed. MOSCOW - A shipbuilding yard in northern Russia was the site for the launch of the country's fourth-generation strategic nuclear submarine. JERUSALEM - Student groups at colleges and universities across Israel were set to strike this week to fight increases in the cost of higher education.
