WASHINGTON - The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) announced today that Fisher-Price Inc., of East Aurora, N.Y., has agreed to pay a $975,000 civil penalty. SAN DIEGO - An administrative law judge has ordered a stay in Qualcomm's patent-infringement case against cell phone maker Nokia at the U.S. International Trade Commission.
