Two 13-year-old boys were arrested for ten counts each of second-degree criminal mischief after they allegedly caused $2,300 in damage to several fences, vehicles, sidewalks, and signs in northeast Redmond on Wednesday. According to data released recently by the Oregon Department of Education (ODE), Redmond High School’s 2004-05 dropout rate matched the state average of 4.2%.
