A Deschutes County teenager was arrested Thursday evening after he allegedly shot his 16-year-old friend in the head as they were firing various weapons on BLM land north of Alpine Drive in the Alfalfa area, deputies reported. According to Deschutes County Sheriff’s deputy Lt. NEW YORK -- No injuries were reported after at least one explosive device was set off outside the Mexican consulate on New York's East Side early Friday.Police bomb squad members found apparently homemade explosive devices around the consulate in the Murray Hill section of Midtown Manhattan, WNBC-TV reported.
