LONDON -- The latest British Crime Survey figures suggest that cannabis use by the country's young people has fallen since marijuana was reclassified in 2004.The British Home Office released figures indicating that the percentage of young people between the ages of 16 and 24 who have used cannabis in the past year fell to 21 percent -- about 1.3 million people -- in 2006-2007 from 25 percent in 2004, The Guardian reported Thursday.The figures also ... BUDAPEST, Hungary -- Hungary’s national airline carrier Malev is likely to suspend its flights to New York and Toronto during winter months in a cost-cutting move.The move is part of Malev’s reorganization and cost-saving program that includes cutting down unprofitable long-distance flights, the Hungarian news agency MTI reported Thursday.Passengers with tickets for New York and Toronto would be placed on other airlines, Malev said. SKOPJE, Macedonia -- Macedonia has stepped up control of its border with Serbia’s mainly ethnic-Albanian Kosovo province after one of its police patrols was attacked.The Macedonian government dispatched a special police task team to the northern border with Kosovo following the shootings Wednesday.
