OTTAWA -- The deaths of four people whose bodies were found at an Ottawa residence were a triple murder-suicide, investigators said Wednesday.Police said the bodies of two women and a male were discovered in the morning and the fourth body was found about 1:15 p.m., the Ottawa Sun reported. ORANJESTAD, Aruba -- Three men suspected in the 2005 disappearance of an American teenager vacationing in Aruba are back in custody, it was announced Wednesday.Prosecutors said brothers Deepak and Satish Kalpoe were arrested in Aruba, while Joran Van der Sloot was arrested in the Netherlands at the request of Aruban officials, CNN reported. TOKYO -- Greenpeace activists aboard the Esperanza said they were unable to locate the Japanese whaling fleet in Antarctic waters."We have not found them because they are trying to escape from us," said Junichi Sato, Greenpeace's whale project leader in Japan. LONDON -- British Prime Minister Gordon Brown has halted deportation proceedings against a Myanmar refugee, The Independent reported Thursday.Lay Naing, 34, his wife and 18-month-old daughter fled to Britain last year, but because he didn't file for asylum immediately was ordered deported, the newspaper said.
