Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife is selling the first of seven custom-made boats this week on eBay, an online auction and shopping website. The minimum bid is $20,000. The Marine Sport Fishing Regulation will change the minimum legal size for lingcod from 24 inches to 22 inches, and add in a separate daily bag limit of 25 for flatfish, which includes flounders, soles, sanddabs, turbots and halibuts, but not Pacific halibut.  All changes are effective Jan. 1, 2007.The change for a more liberal minimum size limit for lingcod is due to a new federal stock assessment indicating the northern population of lingcod has ... The two men and one woman who were killed late Friday night in a fiery single vehicle crash in southwest Redmond have been tentatively identified, authorities announced today. Two Oregon State University College of Business students have launched a business to market a product that assists adults and children with cerebral palsy. Jeremy Trebelhorn, a junior specializing in Management Information Systems, designed the support device called the Spencer SkyArm.
