BAGHDAD -- Insurgents in Iraq have stepped up deadly attacks on police officers and government officials, with four such attacks reported Monday.In Baghdad, Interior ministry officials said a bomb planted beneath the car of a religious education official killed the man's driver, and injured the official and three civilians, Alsumaria reported.In the city's Mansour district, two attacks were reported.
