The Nasdaq Stock Market Thursday officially delisted struggling San Diego-based defense contractor JMAR Technologies. The company, which develops laser-based technology for the U.S. government and for commercial applications, was suspended from the market in December because its share price had slipped below the minimum threshold of $1 a share and below the $2.5 million shareholders' equity requirement. The Oregon Department of Agriculture (ODA) has scheduled a public information meeting to discuss its proposed gypsy moth eradication project for this spring in a residential area of Bend.
