SAN DIEGO - An administrative law judge has ordered a stay in Qualcomm's patent-infringement case against cell phone maker Nokia at the U.S. International Trade Commission. Record Lending Doubles Number of Loans Since 2003 WASHINGTON - The U.S. Small Business Administration made a record number of export loans in FY 2006 and surpassed the $1 billion mark for the first time in the history of the program. Bend Police detectives arrested a 44-year old man Wednesday after a six-month investigation into sexual solicitations written on restroom walls of area parks. Federal officials unsealed charges relating to firearms trafficking today against 19 defendants in Mississippi and Chicago, Illinois. 18 defendants were arrested by federal, state, and local agents this morning in Chicago and Northern Mississippi, and one is in custody on an unrelated charge.  Fourteen of the defendants were charged in a federal complaint unsealed today in the Northern District of Illinois. Reports of laboratory-confirmed flu cases in Oregon are nearing a peak for the current flu season, and public health officials in the Oregon Department of Human Services want people to know there is still time to get a flu vaccination.
