CHERVEN BRAG , Bulgaria - Eight people were burned to death Friday when the Sofia-Kardam overnight train burst into flames near Cherven Brag in northern Bulgaria, a report said.Witnesses said a fluorescent light exploded in a sleeping car, setting sheets on fire, the Sofia News Agency said. TORONTO - Leaders of Toronto's Hispanic community said they feel betrayed by a man arrested on drug smuggling charges, for whom they raised money for prosthetic arms. The Rev.
