A 40-year old Hillsboro man was arrested Saturday when he drove twenty miles with two children in the trunk of his car, deputies reported. Two Redmond residents were killed Saturday afternoon when their all-terrain-vehicle (ATV) failed to round a curve and went head-first over an embankment into an empty canal on Bureau of Land Management (BLM) property east of Redmond, deputies reported.
