The Cascade Culinary Institute at Central Oregon Community College (COCC) is presenting a culinary open house from 12:30 to 3:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 5, in Grandview Student Center. The event will feature hands-on demonstrations as the culinary students showcase their skills. Samples from the Café Del Sol menu, a sushi bar and a raffle drawing will be included with the $10 admission.
